Geraldine Schwartz has been a writer and poet all her life. She writes about the joy, the spirit and the adventure of living at the edge of one's abilities. Her life's work spans a number of interrelated creative enterprises, which allows her to apply the ideas expressed in her writing and poetry in her daily activities as Senior Psychologist and Principal of the Vancouver Learning Centre; Leader and Teacher of Leaders and Facilitators with Creative Learning International; Founder and President of the International Foundation of Learning; and Co-founder of the Institute for Ethical Leadership.

Her articles called "Journeys of 2nd Adulthood" are written several times a year as a contribution to an international newsletter called "The Visioneer." A selection of these articles is included here.

Geraldine writes poetry under the pen name Lea Star. Her poems reveal the transparency and intimacy of a strong feminine spirit, a woman of our time.

The writings included here are a first step in assembling the collected works of more than a decade of mature writing and thinking.

Geraldine invites you to contact her about her creative work.
